Are there any options to buy lyophilized FMT capsules? I think this is the promising way of producing them and much easier to ship than dry ice freezed.

I don't recall any commercial source offering freeze-dried capsules. Yes, it's easier to ship, but it may be less effective. And based on what I know about the equipment, it would be costly to arrange for high-quality donors. So if it becomes available it will likely not be from a good donor.
