hello.
I've read and heard that fmt does infleunce body odor a lot, and I've some questions on that:
- do you get the same body odor as your donor after a lot of fmts? or is it more of a temporary effect that's gone as soon as you finish the fmts?
- what're the reasons this body odor changes...
thanks for taking the time to reply.
I see, so, i'm using vegan delayed release 00 caps for the most part, let's assume they open in the small intestine, would you recommend I encapsulate some of them with a 000 gelatin cap so they open in the colon? if so, how much the ratio of double...
so, one question, I read the wiki, but my understanding on microbiomes is still limited, now if i understand correctly, when you take in bacteria, whether upper or lower route fmt, the bacteria ends up spreading around and migrating, is that correct? meaning if delayed release vegan caps open...
hello micheal, I read the wiki and all, I just have a question about something you wrote in the ordering FAQ "Personally, I found that a sample stored for over a year didn’t seem to lose any efficacy." was that stored in a normal -18/-22 freezer or a -80 special freezer?
ok, one more question if that's alright, if it lasts one hour, then most cases it opens in the small intestines is that right? so, the small intestine isn't supposed to house a lot of bacteria, sibo risk and all but not just that, wouldn't it go to waste if it opened in the small intestine...
so, could you explain to me in what cases would the mucus layer and immune system hinder colonization? is it a genetic difference, like some people just have more mucus? and in case of immune system, I'm guessing inflammation would be the biggest known factor is that right? since it kills...
I see. thanks for the links. about colonization resistance, it typically happens because there're already a lot of bacteria in the gut right? what if someone's gut was 99% devoid of bacteria after heavy antibiotics? what are all the things that affect colonization resistance?
hello. just wanted to ask if it's better to consume them frozen or wait for them to thaw out, to consume a bunch of them together or to take a small amount everyday for a while, what I know so far is that it's best taken an empty stomach and to be fasting for some hours afterwards. if a person...
hello. I don't consider myself to be knowledgeable much about the intestines and microbiome, I've a friend who has gut inflammation and many other symptoms thought to be resulting from severe microbiome dysbiosis, like severe dryness, sleep issues, and bad quality stool, etcetra, anyway, I know...
