Make sure the donor poo is tested to ensure there are no transmissible diseases.
I try to have 1 dose every 1 to 7 days.
I have extensive diverticular disease, Irritable bowel syndrome (possibly related to antibiotic treatment) and severe gastritis (possibly related to chronic aspro treatment).
Since starting this treatment about 9 months ago all my symptom of abdominal pain and diarrhoea have gone.
I had lost a lot of weight and now have regained 9kg.
I have a lot more energy than previously.
Fortunately my wife is my donor.
I now have a panadol or Nurofen instead of aspros. I am avoiding antibiotics also.
I was on the Monash Fodmap recommendations now I am eating almost anything.
Donor poo is first offering caught in some toilet paper or Glad wrap. Glad food wrap is used to sculpture the sample to a cigar shape. Start by using a small amount to half fill the capsule then gradually try larger amounts. Capsules are also available that are vegan and cellulose based. I use size 000.

I am feeling the best I have ever felt in many years. My chronic lethargy is a thing of the past.
I am still taking 1 treatment every 3-7 days.
I am now eating everything without any complications.
I contracted Covid but was only mildly ill and made a quick and full recovery.
I have found the vegan capsules not as sturdy as the normal capsules.
I have also started taking Canna Oils Ultra 4-8 drops per day. The oils contain Terpenes which are beneficial for the endocanaboid system. Since starting 2 months ago my stool quality has been consistently excellent with no episodes of explosive diarrhoea.

I continue to have excellent gastrointestinal health and am able to eat nearly anything, except some seafood such as shellfish and prawns.
I feel the most energetic I have ever been.
During the last two months my use of capsules has almost stopped as I feel I do not need to use them any more.
To summarise the last three years my health and lifestyle haet has been excellent s changed from very unwell to excellent.
The use of capsules is very simple and easy. This has allowed me to treat myself over a long period of time to ensure I do not have any relapses.
Finally I have never had any side effects of any type.

Another good year. I am now trying a ketogenisis diet for my brain fog and a 4kg weight gain. So far the diet is working very well and it has helped my gastrointestinal health.
I am still treating myself with an average of 1 capsule per day.
