Hi all,

If a person had the following elevated gut bacteria, what would be ideal for supplementation and dietary needs (I AM NOT LOOKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE, PURELY CURIOSITY ON BALANCING):

- Acidophilus Bifidus

- Bacillus Coagulans

- Bifidobacterium Infantis

- Escherichia Coli

- Lactobacillus acidophilus

-Lactobacillus reuteri

-Streptococcus Faecium

but the following were within range:

- Bifidobacterium Bifidum

- Streptococcus Thermophilis

-Streptomyces

Just curiosity and wondering what would/could be added to said persons regimen that might bring balance back.

Thanks I guess? I was led to this place by my friend. Didn't realize it was not the right place. Guess my questions will go unanswered. Thanks anyways ✌️

Your friend gave you good advice. No one said this wasn't the right place, and your question did not go unanswered. You need to put in some minimal effort to read and understand the information provided to you.

What you are doing is seeking information that supports your preconceptions, which happen to be misconceptions. The vast majority of information you get elsewhere is going to be misinformation.

Thanks for the response. I don't know the verbiage of how to ask these things and am only attempting to find information. I'm not very well studied on things, but more so than my friend. I apparently posted incorrectly here, on the forum, as I don't understand what it is you're trying to get through to me. I was merely looking for clear concise information, and instead I feel I'm a bit confused.
I was always under the impression that we could test the gut bacteria and assist with overgrowths and issues by starting and stopping certain foods and probiotics. 🤔 Must be in the wrong place. Have a good one!

You're in for a rough time then. You were given pretty simple information. If you're unable to understand something that simple, you shouldn't be trying to do anything of this nature on your own. At best, you'll waste a lot of money, or worse, you'll harm yourself. Stay away from Facebook & Reddit (tons of misinformed people like you giving out dangerous advice) and stick with your doctor's office, despite how flawed those are.

I was always under the impression
As I said, your preconceptions were wrong.
