How important is upper FMT timing with meals? Procedure

I saw somewhere in the wiki about waiting around 2hrs after a meal. How important is this? What are the down sides to doing it right after a meal?

I've done several doses now, but I haven't been strict with timing. I've tried to wait 2hrs after eating, but just now I took a dose around 20mins after. I've been secretive about what I'm doing with the SO.

I think I accidentally did something right. I have GERD and take at least 1 famotidine a day. If I'm doing keto like I am now, I only need one in the morning. If I'm eating carbs I need at least 1 before bed and maybe another mid day with tums as needed.

I've been taking my fmt and then taking tums and/or famotidine shortly in an attempt to not kill the bacteria.

I worry I might have another irregularity that could hurt upper fmt. I once swalled a pill camera as a test my GI was doing. It got stuck in my stomach for the entire duration of the battery. I had to redo the procedure with an upper scope and they placed it just past my stomach.
