Antibiotics before FMT?

I'm considering ordering FMT capsules to treat IBS (FODMAP) that I acquired after chemo about 8 years ago.

I've heard that some people doing FMT will do a round of antibiotics before they start their FMT. Is this still done? Is it more effective that way? The theory went that you're "making extra room" for the healthy microbes.
