    Well, I asked about the FAQ page at https://www.humanmicrobes.org/ordering-faq and that text does not appear there. Nor does it appear on https://www.humanmicrobes.org/orders. Where are you seeing that text?

    That's the conclusion I came to as well ($100 per pill!) but when I contacted customer service they told me that was wrong. But they wouldn't clarify further. It was infuriating.

    I reached out to them with a specific question and the response was "that's covered in the FAQ". But that FAQ seems cryptic to me -- all over the place it's like "well it depends". It's a product I may want to order. But after reading that FAQ I can't figure out what the actual process is...
