hello all just a quick introduction, i'm a 25 years old male and ive been chronically ill for the last 3-4 years. It all started when I took finasteride in 2020-2021 as a preventative measure against what I Suspected was hair miniaturization along the hairline. I had also went on doxycycline an antibiotic and was using it for acne, then in 2022 I also took accutane for about 7 months. after the cessation of accutane is when I Realized something was really off with my wellbeing and I Started noticing weird symptoms , like joint pain, fatigue, very dry skin, weak erections and no more spontaneous erections at all, very low moods , anxiety, dry hair that gets matted and severely tangled, bad digestion issues, bloating, bad motility, bouts of dizziness and nausea, and much more.
I've also noticed my dimorphism has declined, I used to show signs of vitality such as aggression, risk taking, oily skin, and even a stronger jawline. As the years have progressed it seems my jaw and cheeks have feminized some how, my skin looks thinner and more gaunt , my face is so dull and gray looking, its so depressing when i look at old photos of my self.
i've done much research to find what is wrong with me, at first I experimented with human growth hormone , as I have read some report benefits from it. unfortunately I dont think it moved the needle for me.
At this point now in 2026, I Am now diagnosed with SIBO , which i Founnd out 4 months ago from the GI. I Did do antibiotics rifaximin and tinidazole, and then also did a 2 week elemental diet from mbiota, the hydrogen was eliminated but the methane is still present.
At this point now as of june 2026, im still sick, and am really at wits end, and dont know how much more I Can withstand this awful quality of life and agony I Am suffering from.
i have 2 enemas and 4 bottles of fmt capsules arriving from purety clinic , just to get the needle moving and im super desperate to keep fighting against my condition. for that reason , I ordered this despite the fact that its $6000, fortunately I have a good income so I Can afford this.
I've also setup a website with a questionnaire to find potential elite donors for my own DIY FMT, where id be willing to pay $75-$100 per stool sample from the elite donor, because im sure 1 round from purety will not fix my issues as I have been severely sick for way too long.
As for finding candidates , I plan to run meta and IG ads to my site tailored to nyc men aged 18-25 as I currently reside in new york city.
