The c diff changed a lot for me too. It took me a year to add back cooked onions (among other things) ...then I got norovirus for 6 weeks (2 in the hospital) and now I'm starting over again. I just started FMTs again and I'll be starting over adding problem foods back slowly again. One bite rather than a whole serving kind of thing. I don't want to have to avoid foods forever, but unfortunately I haven't found a quick way to deal with it. Good luck! Take it slowly and carefully but steadily.
