He tried two different stool donors, but it didn't work. Then he takes iodine and does it again and it works. He says he tried iodine on its own in the past, but then in the second video he postulates that maybe it was just the iodine.
One note is that he's treating commercial gut microbiome tests with too much respect. These tests are largely not useful https://humanmicrobiome.info/testing/.

That happens on many support forums for other chronic diseases as well.
Youtube is so useless now as well. They automatically remove most of my comments... People really need to move to alternatives. These huge companies control way too much public information.
