Biofilm presence in cecum; oral or enema route for FMT Procedure

I recently had a pill cam study done (costly) but it confirmed what my gastro was looking for - heavy, heavy biofilm presence in the cecum/ileum area - but particularly the cecum. Having looked at the footage myself its essentially a jungle.

My question:
What method of FMT is most efficacious in reaching this area of the bowel? Enema (syringe) or capsules?
