    That's interesting. Have had many septic patients who are just given more antibiotics or a different class of antibiotics to treat their sepsis. Many times those with a history of sepsis just get worse. It's interesting to see if they were given a fecal transplant how they would do.

    I have heard there can be a link between depression, magnesium deficiency and lacking beneficial gut microbes. I have also wondered if this could be the case in those with schizophrenia as well.
