Hey, I’m 26 years old and have been sick for years. I know it has to do with my gut microbiome, even though my stool quality is always solid and I don’t experience any stomach pain. It feels like there’s an inflammation problem from food that’s related to the gut microbiome. I'm very interested in FMT to try to fix this, as I’ve been housebound twice because of these issues, but I’m open to any ideas. Thanks. Am also very curious if anyone’s tried a FMT and roll it in probiotics /prebitoics to feel the micrboes in the stool while it sits in the freezer? Seems like an interesting idea to me.
